TITLE IX CONSULTING & INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATIONS
I provide compliance advise, training, and investigative services to colleges and universities in the area of campus sexual assault, sexual harassment, and dating/domestic violence. My services include evaluating and revising school sexual misconduct and dating/domestic violence policies; conducting outsourced investigations and reviewing past investigations for quality control; creating investigative systems for institutions; facilitating relationships between campus officials and law enforcement; and providing a wide variety of training to administrators, staff, faculty, and students. I help institutions of higher education understand and comply with Title IX and the Violence Against Women Act.
TRAINING & INVESTIGATIONS FOR WORKPLACE DISCRIMINATION & HARASSMENT
While each workplace is unique, every employer must take care to promote an environment that is respectful and professional. I work with a wide variety of employers to ensure that their workplaces are free of discrimination, including implicit bias. I consider the specific requirements of each client, as well as relevant laws and regulations, to develop a customized strategy for each employer.
Employers have a legal obligation to investigate any claims by their employees of workplace discrimination, harassment or retaliation. I have performed numerous investigations of this sort. This enables me to ensure that an investigation is fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations, as well as thorough.
