The General Counsel service is uniquely designed for each client relationship for businesses that appreciate the value of being proactive, like the predictability of a monthly fee and the attention of personalized legal service.  This service is essentially a part-time, in-house, General Counsel role that is established for the benefit of the business.  Generous service content on a flat monthly rate tailored to your company’s need for legal and business counsel is the foundation of the plan.  The goal is to allow the client to focus on success in their business and leave the legal matters to a professional.  All plans include regular Review Meetings, a generous and specified number of included hours for document review, document editing, document & letter preparation, and telephone consultations, and steep discounts on the hourly rate for services in excess of monthly allocation; litigation services are not included.

 

General Counsel Quarterly Plan | Starting at $749 per month

Includes quarterly review meeting and up to 5 hours a month of document review & telephone consultations with a 10% hourly rate discount for other services.

 

 

General Counsel Monthly Plan | Starting at $1,499 per month

Includes monthly review meetings and up to 10 hours a month of general document review, document editing, document and letter preparation, and telephone consultations with a 15% hourly rate discount for other services.

 

 

General Counsel Weekly Plan | Starting at $2,249 per month

Includes weekly review meetings, and up to 15 hours a month for general document review, document edition, document & letter preparation and unlimited telephone consultations with a 20% hourly rate discount for other services.
