First Employee Consultation   $349

Before you hire your first employee, let us advise you on the right process is for your business. California has so many laws that apply that vary on industry and the number of employees at a business. My first employee package provides up to a 90-minute initial consultation for a flat fee.

While each workplace is unique, every employer must take care to promote an environment that is respectful and professional.  I work with a wide variety of employers to ensure that their workplaces are free of discrimination, including implicit bias. I consider the specific requirements of each client, as well as relevant laws and regulations, to develop a customized strategy for each employer.

Employers have a legal obligation to investigate any claims by their employees of workplace discrimination, harassment or retaliation. I have performed numerous investigations of this sort. This enables me to ensure that an investigation is fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations, as well as thorough.
